BCBA / Clinical Supervisor
Support assessment, treatment planning, supervision, family training, and quality clinical care.
- BCBA certification required
- ABA experience with children
- Leadership and documentation skills
Intake & Office Coordinator
Help families with intake calls, scheduling, records, insurance steps, and office communication.
- Organized and detail-focused
- Comfortable with phone/email follow-up
- Bilingual English/Spanish helpful
Billing / Insurance Support
Assist with benefit verification, authorization tracking, billing support, and payer communication.
- Insurance experience preferred
- Strong documentation habits
- Professional family support
